Sourdough Bliss

Hi, I'm Olga and I'm so happy you're here! I was born and raised in Ukraine and baking has always been a huge part of my life since childhood. I enjoyed it, but few years ago when I took my first sourdough bread out of the oven, that's when I got hooked :) I'm passionate about bringing you real, wholesome bread carefully crafted the old-fashioned way. I believe great baked goods start with best ingredients. That's why I use organic flours, natural fermentation, and premium, wholesome ingredients in every loaf, muffin and scone I make. I hope you will enjoy the rich, rustic flavors of real sourdough, made from scratch right here in Fresno.
