Anthony’s Tacos started in Fresno, California in 2020 with a simple goal: serve unforgettable tacos and bring people together. What began as a weekend food truck quickly grew into a full-time family business built around our love for great food, community, and creating memorable experiences.

We’re known for our signature quesabirria tacos, slow-braised beef, crispy cheesy tortillas, and flavorful consomé. Every order is made with care, and we’re proud to continue growing while staying true to where we started.
